1. Order Processing Time

• Fast Dispatch: We pride ourselves on prompt service! All orders placed on AromaTick.com are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours from the time of purchase.

• Weekend & Holiday Exceptions: Please note that our shipping department operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or major public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. For example, an order placed on Friday evening will be processed on Monday.

2. Shipping Costs

• FREE Shipping: We are delighted to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped within the Continental United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.

• International Shipping: At this time, AromaTick only ships within the Continental United States. We do not offer international shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Average Delivery: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days on average.

• Factors Affecting Delivery: Please understand that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location, carrier service, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

4. Shipping Carriers

• Trusted Partners: To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, AromaTick partners with leading shipping carriers. Depending on your location and the specifics of your order, your package may be shipped via:

• Carrier Selection: The choice of carrier for your order is at AromaTick's discretion, based on factors such as package size, weight, destination, and service availability.

5. Order Tracking

• Stay Informed: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the chosen carrier's website.

• Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

• Your Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Please double-check your address details before confirming your order.

• Incorrect Address: AromaTick is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges. If you choose not to re-ship, a refund for the product value (minus any shipping costs incurred by AromaTick) may be issued upon safe return of the item.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@aromatick.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

• Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property, with neighbors, or contact your local post office or carrier. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at support@aromatick.com and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that AromaTick is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
