• Weekend & Holiday Exceptions: Please note that our shipping department operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or major public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. For example, an order placed on Friday evening will be processed on Monday.

2. Shipping Costs

• FREE Shipping: We are delighted to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped within the Continental United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.

• International Shipping: At this time, AromaTick only ships within the Continental United States. We do not offer international shipping.

• Incorrect Address: AromaTick is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges. If you choose not to re-ship, a refund for the product value (minus any shipping costs incurred by AromaTick) may be issued upon safe return of the item.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@aromatick.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

• Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property, with neighbors, or contact your local post office or carrier. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at support@aromatick.com and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that AromaTick is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
