I accidentally ordered the wrong parfum. I wanted Paris, but I received Mon Paris. So, I clicked the 'return item' button so I could exchange for the one I wanted. The message stated that this was a non-returnable item. I went back to the listing, and it doesn't say nonreturnable anywhere that I can find. And PRIME items are supposed to be returnable. So, I opened the package since I can't return it. I hate it!!! Now, I'm STUCK with an expensive parfum that I don't like. Please state clearly when an item is not returnable, or take it off of PRIME. This is very misleading!!!!

Shipping took longer than expected, even though I am a prime member. I hated that it wasn’t delivered to my door but was at my apartment office. Other than that it was bubble wrapped very well it did not shake in the box and was not leaking whatsoever. The fragrance is soooo good!!!! My husband loves it! I can smell it till the next day and last all night! The bottle is so girly too
