Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we get to work on it right away. Here's how our processing timeline works:


Order Confirmed

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout with your order details and estimated delivery window.


Picked & Packed

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday are typically picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier the same day.


Shipped & Tracked

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.


Delivered

Your fragrance arrives at your door, cushioned and sealed for a perfect unboxing experience.

Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday, or any time on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on federal holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 on all orders under $59.00, regardless of order size or destination within the U.S.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders within the United States only. Here's exactly where we deliver:

  • All 48 contiguous U.S. states
  • Alaska and Hawaii (shipping times may vary)
  • U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam
  • APO/FPO military addresses (standard shipping timelines may not apply)

International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. We're working on expanding in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it's available.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted, reliable carriers to get your order to you safely. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location.

Standard Shipping

USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground — reliable, fully trackable, and available across all U.S. states and territories.

Carrier Selection

We select the best carrier based on your location to ensure the fastest and safest delivery within the standard 5–7 business day window.

Once shipped, you can track your order in real time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or by visiting our Track Your Order page on the site.

Fragrance-Safe Packaging

Fragrances are delicate — glass bottles, precision spray mechanisms, and factory seals all need protection. We take packaging seriously to make sure your order arrives exactly as it should.

  • Every bottle is individually wrapped in cushioned protective material
  • Products are placed in a reinforced box with foam inserts to prevent shifting
  • Factory seals and cellophane are never disturbed — your product arrives untouched
  • Outer packaging is discreet — no branding on the outside for your privacy
  • For multi-bottle orders, each item is separated and secured individually

Gift-Ready by Default: Because we ship in the original designer packaging, every order already looks gift-worthy straight out of the box. If you need a gift receipt included, just add a note at checkout or email us after ordering.

Tracking Your Order

We want you to know exactly where your package is at all times. Here's how to stay in the loop:

  • Shipping confirmation email: Sent automatically once your order is handed off to the carrier — includes your tracking number and a direct link
  • Track Your Order page: Enter your order number on our site to see real-time status updates
  • Your account: If you have an Aromatick account, order and tracking status is visible in your order history

Tracking delays: It can take up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active. If your tracking link shows no updates after 24 hours, please contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We do everything we can to get your order there safely, but sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's how we handle it:

Package Damaged

Take photos of the packaging and product before doing anything else. Email us at [email protected] with the photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.

Package Lost

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your building office first. If it's still missing, contact us within 72 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll file a carrier claim on your behalf.

Pro tip: If your package looks damaged upon delivery, take a photo of the box before you open it. This makes the carrier claim process faster and smoother for everyone.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During the holiday season and other peak periods, shipping carriers experience higher-than-usual volume. This can affect delivery timelines across the board.

  • Estimated delivery windows may be longer during peak shipping seasons (November–December)
  • We recommend placing gift orders at least 7–10 business days before your target date during the holidays
  • Processing times on our end remain the same year-round

Order early: If you're buying a fragrance as a holiday gift, don't wait until the last minute. Carrier delays are out of our control during peak season, but ordering ahead gives you the best chance of an on-time delivery.

Shipping & Handling Costs

Shipping and handling charges cover the cost of packaging, carrier fees, and order fulfillment. Here's what you need to know:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable on all orders
  • This applies to standard returns, undelivered packages, and unclaimed orders
  • The only exception is if the error was made by us — in that case, we cover all shipping costs
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may reship at your expense or issue a refund minus shipping
