How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy:

  1. Browse our collections and add items to your cart
  2. Click the cart icon and review your items
  3. Click "Checkout" and enter your shipping information
  4. Choose your payment method
  5. Review and confirm your order

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get them shipped to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order:

  • Within 1 hour of ordering: Contact us immediately at rodney@aromatick.com or (772) 212-2980. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
  • After 1 hour: Your order may have already been processed for shipment. Once shipped, you'll need to wait until you receive it and process a return.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Currently, we don't offer gift wrapping services. However, all our fragrances come in their original designer packaging, which makes them perfect gifts! We can also include a gift receipt upon request—just add a note at checkout or email us after ordering.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, choose the one that gives you the best savings. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.

Shipping costs vary based on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on expanding!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing Time: 1-2 business days
Shipping Time:

  • Standard: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited: 2-3 business days
  • Express: 1-2 business days

Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday are typically processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can:

  • Click the tracking link in your email
  • Visit our Track Your Order page
  • Log into your account to view order status

Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, first check with neighbors and your building's office. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 72 hours and we'll help file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the box and product before opening. Contact us immediately at rodney@aromatick.com with the photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Yes, 100% authentic—guaranteed. We can offer better prices because:

  • We buy in bulk directly from authorized distributors
  • We operate online (no expensive retail storefronts)
  • We accept lower profit margins to pass savings to you
  • We don't pay for expensive mall rent or sales staff

How can I verify my fragrance is authentic?

You can verify authenticity by:

  1. Check the batch code: Every authentic fragrance has a batch code (usually on the bottom of the box and bottle). Use free websites like CheckFresh.com or CheckCosmetic.net to verify.
  2. Inspect packaging: Look for high-quality printing, proper cellophane wrapping, and no spelling errors.
  3. Examine the bottle: Authentic bottles have quality spray mechanisms, perfect glass, and crisp labels.
  4. Compare the scent: The fragrance should match what you'd smell in a department store.

If you have any concerns, contact us immediately and we'll verify or replace it.

What's the difference between EDT, EDP, and Parfum?

These abbreviations indicate fragrance concentration:

  • Parfum (Extrait): 20-30% concentration. Strongest, longest-lasting (8+ hours)
  • EDP (Eau de Parfum): 15-20% concentration. Strong and long-lasting (6-8 hours)
  • EDT (Eau de Toilette): 5-15% concentration. Lighter, moderate lasting (4-6 hours)
  • EDC (Eau de Cologne): 2-4% concentration. Lightest, shortest lasting (2-3 hours)

Higher concentrations are stronger and last longer but also cost more.

Do you sell testers or unboxed fragrances?

We clearly label any tester bottles in product titles and descriptions. Regular listings are always:

  • Brand new, factory-sealed bottles
  • Complete with original box and packaging
  • Never opened or used

Testers are authentic fragrances typically used for in-store sampling. They contain the same liquid as retail bottles but may come in plain packaging.

How should I store my fragrances?

To preserve your fragrance quality:

  • Keep away from direct sunlight: UV light breaks down fragrance molecules
  • Store in a cool, dry place: Avoid bathrooms (humidity damages fragrances)
  • Keep bottles sealed: Air exposure causes oxidation
  • Original box: Store in the box to protect from light
  • Temperature: Room temperature is ideal (60-70°F)

Properly stored fragrances can last 3-5 years or longer!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! Here's our return policy:

  • Timeframe: 30 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact
  • Refund: Full refund to original payment method (minus return shipping)
  • Process: Contact us to initiate a return, receive return instructions, ship item back
Note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrances unless they're damaged or defective.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you'd like to exchange for a different fragrance:

  1. Contact us at rodney@aromatick.com with your order number
  2. Tell us which product you'd like instead
  3. We'll provide return instructions
  4. Once we receive your return, we'll ship the new item

The item must be unopened and in original condition. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge accordingly.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customer-initiated returns: You're responsible for return shipping costs.

Our error or defective products: We cover all return shipping costs and send you a prepaid label.

Pro tip: Use a trackable shipping method when returning items to ensure they arrive safely.

What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?

  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund—your choice. We'll also provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect/damaged item.

How long does it take to process a refund?

  • Refund processing: 1-2 business days to process
  • Bank processing: 5-10 business days for funds to appear (varies by bank)
