Horizon Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Aromatick Monthly Horizon Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Eterna Group LLC dba Aromatick, 2449 SW Calgan St, Port St. Lucie, FL 34953 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.
3. Entry Periods
The Giveaway runs in monthly entry periods. Each entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of that month, except that the first entry period begins on the date this Giveaway is first offered on aromatick.com. Sponsor may end the Giveaway at any time by posting notice on this page; any entry period already open on that date will be completed and drawn.
4. How to Enter
Submit your email address through a Giveaway entry form on aromatick.com (the sign-up pop-up or the entry form on our blog articles). Limit one (1) entry per person per entry period, regardless of the number of email addresses used. Existing subscribers may enter by submitting their email address through an entry form. Entries generated by script, bot or other automated means are void.
5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded per entry period: one (1) bottle of Aromatick Horizon Eau de Parfum, 50 ml (1.69 fl. oz.). Approximate retail value: $44.99. Sponsor ships the prize to a US address at no cost to the winner. No cash alternative, transfer or substitution by the winner; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable.
6. Drawing and Odds
Within seven (7) days after each entry period ends, Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter and must reply with a US shipping address within seven (7) days. If a winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries for that period.
8. Email Subscription
By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Aromatick. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing does not void an entry already made. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the receipt or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Winner's Name
For the name of an entry period's winner (first name, last initial and state), email rodney@aromatick.com within thirty (30) days after that period ends.
11. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social platform.
